Culture clash rarely comes from bad faith — it happens between two sides acting in good faith. Watching that from inside both countries is where FENTEX begins.
A Chinese factory says "no problem" while the Japanese buyer is still waiting for the inspection report. A Japanese "we will consider it positively" sounds like "almost a deal" to Chinese ears. Both sides are right — and the parts still arrive late. Over seven years in China and about fourteen in Japan, the founder watched this happen from both chairs, more times than can be counted.
Years in manufacturing turned that experience into conviction: what Japan–China sourcing lacks is not another price list or factory directory, but someone in between who translates the culture itself.

A specialist in metallic materials and their evaluation, the advisor backs FENTEX's spec reviews and quality assessments from the technical side, and carries out pre-shipment inspections on site in China.
