Can I order just one piece or a small lot?
Yes — for many items we take orders from one piece or a single prototype. The workable minimum varies by item and process, so feasibility and any MOQ are stated with the quote.
How do you handle drawings and confidential information?
We sign an NDA on request. Drawings and specifications you share are used only for quoting and manufacturing, and disclosure to partner factories is limited to what those purposes require.
I have no drawing. Can you make it from the physical part?
Yes. We take the physical part, 3D-scan and measure it, create CAD drawings, and remanufacture (reverse engineering). It's also great for reviving obsolete parts.
What kinds of items do you handle?

Is a quote free?
Yes, quotes are free. A drawing, photos of the part, expected quantity, and desired timeline help us respond faster and more accurately.
What's the typical lead time?
It varies by item, quantity, and process. A standard machined part is roughly 2–5 weeks. Each company page also lists an indicative lead time.
How do you ensure quality?
We work with factories certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and more. Before shipment, FENTEX's technical advisor inspects the parts on site in China against the drawing and the Japanese-side requirements; inspection reports and incoming-inspection arrangements are available as needed. The scope of inspection (100% or sampling), whether a report is issued, and how costs are handled vary by item and quantity, and are stated with the quote. FENTEX bridges the quality gap with an understanding of both countries' practices.
What if a part is defective or the wrong item arrives?
We give a first response within 1 business day, confirm the cause, and propose a path forward (repair, remanufacture, replacement). FENTEX handles negotiation and corrective action with the factory as your single window until resolution. Terms are set in each individual contract.
What's the payment / transaction flow?
The basic flow is inquiry → quote → order → production → shipping & customs → delivery. Terms are set per project by individual contract. Please ask for details.
What languages do you support?
Japanese, Chinese, and English. FENTEX also handles negotiations with Chinese factories, including the language side.
